Lots of people mix banana and milk for morning drink, but mixing the fruit with soymilk is another way to go.
Recipe
1 banana
300 mL organic unsweetened soymilk
1 banana
300 mL organic unsweetened soymilk
Procedures
1. Cut the banana into pieces and put the pieces in the blender. Blend them for 5 seconds.
2. Pour soymilk in the blender and blend it for 5~10 seconds.
3. Pour the juice in the cup. Add a bit honey if you like.
I hate to drink unsweetened soymilk because it tastes like water to me, but I immediately fall in love with it when I mix soymilk with banana. When tasteless soymilk neutralizes sweet banana, the chemical reaction between the two is amazingly good.
